2. Information Accuracy & Fee Estimates

All institution descriptions, accreditation tiers (e.g., NAAC grades, NIRF rankings, NBA status), tuition fee schedules, entrance exam cutoffs, and placement figures published on Edulink are compiled diligently from official university disclosures, regulatory portals (UGC, AICTE), and verified prospectus documents.

However, universities reserve the legal right to revise course offerings, eligibility thresholds, quota seat matrices, and semester fee structures without prior notice. Edulink advises all candidates to verify final fee schedules and eligibility directly with the official registrar or admission portal of the concerned institution prior to fee payment.

3. No Guarantee of Admission

Participating in counselling sessions, receiving course recommendations, or submitting inquiry forms via Edulink does not constitute or guarantee admission to any university or academic program.

Admission decisions remain the exclusive statutory prerogative of the respective university, subject to the candidate fulfilling published eligibility criteria, clearing mandatory entrance examinations (such as JEE, NEET, CUET, VITEEE, KCET, etc.), and successfully completing document verification.

4. User Obligations & Representation

By using this platform or requesting counselling, you warrant that:

• All information provided by you (including name, contact details, academic marks, and entrance scores) is truthful, accurate, and current.
• You will not misrepresent your identity or submit inquiries on behalf of others without explicit authorization.
• You will not use the website to scrape data, disrupt server operations, or deploy automated robots/spiders.

5. Intellectual Property & University Trademarks

All proprietary content on this platform—including proprietary comparison layouts, text content, software code, and the Edulink brand mark—is protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.

All third-party university names, logos, registered trademarks, and institutional emblems displayed on this platform are used strictly for informational, educational identification, and comparative purposes. They remain the intellectual property of their respective university authorities.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Edulink and its officers, advisors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of:

• Decisions made regarding college selection, branch choice, or career paths.
• Changes in fee structures, seat allocations, or exam cutoffs implemented by universities.
• Any cancellation, postponement, or rejection of admission by an institution.
