About Ganpat University Mehsana

Ganpat University was established in 2005 under Gujarat State Legislative Act No. 19 of 2005 through the extraordinary dedication and philanthropic vision of Padma Shri Ganpatbhai Patel ("Pat" Patel). Recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) under Section 2(f), the university grew out of the Mehsana District Education Foundation (established 1997) into a thriving multi-faculty institution.
Accredited by NAAC with an 'A' Grade (CGPA 3.11), Ganpat University encompasses specialized constituent colleges including the flagship U. V. Patel College of Engineering (UVPCE), Shree S. K.
